It brings client records, session booking, payments, lead pipeline, and WhatsApp communication into a single dashboard, so a professional can run their practice like a business instead of juggling spreadsheets, notebooks, and chat threads.

Who we are

PROFR is built and operated by CIVIGO Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India and headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana. We are a product-first team focused on solving the everyday operational problems of India's service professionals — in the tools and languages they already use.

How we make money

PROFR earns from flat monthly subscriptions. We charge 0% commission on a professional's own sessions and programs — professionals collect payments directly through their own payment accounts, and PROFR never holds client money. This keeps our incentives aligned with our customers, not with their transaction volume.

• The client relationship belongs to the professional. Data is isolated per practice and exports with you if you leave.
